Abstract
A clinical case review of 36 pediatric patients to whom underwent replantation of digits at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, National Medical Center from April 1981 to August 1987 in presented.

The total replants were 48 with overall success rate of 81.22%. Despite of its smaller diameter of vessel and necessity of meticulous technique, this result is compared to 464 adult patients of replantation which performed from April 1981 to August 1987 with overall success rate of 81.77%.

The causes of injury were environmental dangerous things such as knife, cutter, etc. so, if parents take care of their children more carefully, most of the cases will be prevented.
